Marta Soares started making wine in 2010 from the grapes left by her late husband. Whole cluster fermentation in steel tanks with wild yeasts and no chemical additives. Bottled with no filtering or fining.
The wine is fresh and bright with lots of red berries countered with black tea and salinity. The minerality really persists throughout the wines giving a unique structure and sense of terroir. Medium tannins along with a touch of acidity make it a versatile food friendly wine.
