This fun spin off from the good folks at Tequila Ocho made this new fun product, pushing the boundries of tequila as we know it. After making delicious tequila blanco, the juice is then infused by steeping cooked agave to add more complexity and depth of flavor.
In this case they use Espadin which adds a brightness to the tequila lifting it's earth notes and balancing them with fresh citrus zest.
