Tang - Sparkling Piquette White Wine
Varietals: Chenin Blanc 50%, Pinot Gris 30%, Albarino 20%
Piquette is a style of wine making where the remaining pomace from the initial fermentation receives a light dosage and then refermented. The result is traditionally a light, low ABV, expressive and refreshing wine. "Tang" lives up to this providing plenty of zesty citrus fruit, playful bubbles and an easy finish.
