Amaro Rizza was born on the Island of Egadi from the head of Dr. Umberto Rizza. Rizza a 4th generation pharmacists constructed this bitter sweet amaro using 12 indigenous aromatic herbs and blending them with local honey for balance. Some of the herbs include fennel, mint, aloe, caper, rosemary, rue and nepetella.
