Blackberry, plums, tomato leaf, clay and a touch of trapped CO2 make this an easy transition from Lambrusco if you're looking for something with less sugar and more structure but still easy to drink. It's also just fun to try as it's name says, the wine explodes in your mouth with flavor and zest.
With it's dark fruit notes and zippy acidity, this wine is great pairing with any dishes that have sticky sweet components: I.E. Duck with plum Sauce, Mango Chutney, anything in BBQ sauce.
