This beautiful wine is a giver. Plenty of ripe apple and lychee are quickly balanced with an abundance of minerality that's brought forward on the palate by the refreshing and lively finish. Great by itself but a great wine for heavier fare: Spicy shrimp & grits or a hearty fish stew like bouillabaisse.
