Istine's Angela Fronti and the producers of Bordiga vermouth have joined forces to produce this Sangiovese-based vermouth. This is a complex sipping vermouth that drinks like a bianco, fruit forward with some floral and fresh herbaceous notes, with a pleasant bitter-sweetness on the finish. The rose color comes from the grape skins, rather than the botanicals or any caramel.
