Pomace from their 2023 Cider macerated with water for 2 days, pressed off into stainless steel, and bottled with a bit of sweetness still in it after a quick fermentation. They make this in small batches, so there’s quite a bit of variability, some with peaches, some with pear, all of it super fun effervescent fruit.
