Les Cent Vignes or the 100 vines is a premier cru site in Northern part of Beaune and is known for producing lighter elegant age worthy wines that are fresh and lively.
Handpicked from a 4.2 acre parcel, the grapes are destemmed before fermentation in French oak barrels. The wine is then aged in 30-35% new oak barrels for 12-14 months.
